Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager who is eager to expand and optimize our existing demand generation and growth marketing efforts. Ideally, you’ll have a background in B2B SaaS marketing, and are a passionate demand generation marketer looking to make a big impact at a venture-backed, high-growth tech start-up. 

The ideal candidate is:Detail-oriented, proactive, and has the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Encamp you will:

  • Lead, develop, and execute Encamp’s overall demand and lead generation strategies. 

  • Prioritization and development of integrated campaigns that support marketing strategy/objectives, leveraging a multi-channel mix of demand generations tactics.

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies – SEO, PPC, sponsored content & outreach and improving the customer’s journey to acquisition (and retention).

  • Conceptualize, test, and optimize programs and campaigns across channels—including SEO, paid search, paid social, email, direct mail, webinars, events, and content syndication.

  • Work with Marketing Operations and RevOps to refine the lead scoring model, email nurture programs, and the marketing attribution model—optimizing them to expedite opportunity creation.

  • Partner closely with Sales to define and execute a multi-channel ABM program that generates interest with target accounts and accelerates pipeline.

  • Set and meet quarterly opportunity and pipeline targets, aligning with VP of Marketing on strategy, plans, and budget.


  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing experience.

  • 3+ years experience executing successful demand generation strategies.

  • Marketing tech stack experience including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Bizzabo or virtual event platforms, Drift, 6Sense, and more.

  • Experienced SaaS B2B Marketeer with a track record of growing revenue through an inbound demand generation and account-based marketing strategy.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • The ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly.

  • You have experience with and understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging channels to create demand.

  • You have experience developing and executing an impactful, creative ABM program. 

  • You believe marketing exists to make sales easier and you have a track record of developing strong relationships with and being deeply embedded in the Sales organization. 

  • You are creative, resourceful, and innovative, always coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things differently.

  • You have experience leading and growing a high-functioning team.

  • You are a self-starter and problem solver who straddles both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • You are quantitative and analytical with a passion for using data to answer questions and enable decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, and execute detailed action plans.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant.
