Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a rock-solid Customer Success Manager to join the Encamp team. We are a small, fast-paced, and high functioning team that directly creates solutions used by thousands of Environmental Health and Safety specialists.
As a Customer Success Manager for Encamp you will:
- Define what success looks like for each individual customer at Encamp and ensure each customer achieves it.
Leverage EHS industry and Encamp product expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers.
Execute the onboarding and implementation of customer data, while ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved.
Proactively manage customers’ accounts through routine check-in's, ongoing training, goal tracking, resource distribution, and escalating issues where needed.
Ensure customer adoption of subscription services (i.e.,updating chemical inventory, monthly waste tracking, or completing calendar tasks) by regularly reviewing product usage data.
Proactively address gaps in product adoption and work with customers in order to achieve account health.
Be a liaison between external and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for account growth and provide technical expertise and support to Revenue to help close expansion opportunities.
Assist with documentation of internal processes and training for the CS team.
- 3+ years of environmental regulatory experience
2+ years of customer facing experience
Top notch written and communication skills.
Amazing collaboration skills as this role requires regular communication across multiple teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver value to the customer.
A desire for learning and impacting a high-growth company in a fast-paced environment.
A wish to deeply understand Encamp’s business objectives and to prioritize accordingly.
Curious about tech, customer experience, and environmental regulations.
Driven to help others achieve their goals, crafting solutions, and tackling problems head on.
