Who we’re looking for:

We’re expanding our Revenue team and are looking for an experienced, driven, B2B SaaS sales professional to help us accelerate our growth as we seek to become trailblazers in environmental compliance. 


As an Account Executive for Encamp:

You will contribute to the success of Encamp by driving customer acquisition efforts. As this role is the engine room of our sales organization, we need self-starting, motivated, passionate, best-in-class individuals to lead Encamp into its next phase of growth. This role is an individual contributor position, quota bearing and will have a direct impact on our company's revenue targets. Encamp is an enterprise SaaS platform targeting fortune 1000 corporations, so this individual must have a proven track record of success maintaining or exceeding quota while selling into complex organizations.

Day-to-day activities will include building an effective sales pipeline, closing deals with the world’s top companies, helping your teammates, and growing our client base to help achieve our company revenue goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Encamp can improve their business

  • Provide a needs assessment and ROI evaluation as part of the sales process

  • Build a consistent pipeline of inbound, SDR generated, and self-sourced leads to develop relationships with potential buyers

  • Manage your pipeline effectively to ensure accurate forecasting and deal velocity

  • Work closely with Encamp sales engineers (our EHS experts) to ensure the solution solves the customer’s needs and pains

  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level


Requirements:

  • Experience working a consultative sales process from open to close

  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor

  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate, and attention to detail

  • 2-4 years of sales experience at a high performing sales organization

  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce


We're definitely looking for you if you have:

  • Experience using Salesforce on a daily basis

  • In-depth knowledge of a sales methodology such as Sandler, Challenger, or Miller Heiman

  • Past experience working remotely 

  • Previously sold to companies with multiple stakeholders across procurement, legal, and IT is a major plus
